(In Official Liquidation) ("BPP Cayman")
By order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands ("Grand Court") dated 9 July 2010 Ian Stokoe and David Walker of PwC Corporate Finance & Recovery (Cayman) Limited ("PWC") were appointed Joint Official Liquidators ("JOLs") of BPP Cayman.
Ian Stokoe and David Walker were each released from their duties as JOLs of BPP Cayman by orders of the Grand Court dated 13 October 2015 and 13 July 2106, respectively, as a result of each of the JOL's retirement from PwC.
Messrs. Simon Conway and Jess Shakespeare, both of PwC, were appointed JOLs of BPP Cayman by orders of the Grand Court dated 20 November 2014 and 13 July 2016, respectively.
